WELCOME
The International Network for Sinonasal Cancer Research (INSICA) is a global collaborative initiative established in 2019 to improve outcomes for rare sinonasal cancers through multi-institutional research. Our network has conducted the largest retrospective study on olfactory neuroblastoma, involving 404 patients across 12 institutions. We host annual international meetings and recently held our first clinical trial planning meeting in Paris in 2025. INSICA plays a key role in shaping future guidelines and advancing evidence-based care for these rare tumors. We are now expanding our focus to include prospective data collection and collaborative interventional trials. Researchers and clinicians worldwide are invited to join us in driving innovation in this complex and underserved field.
